Recruitment Manager, Georgia

CactusSoft is a software development company, providing full-cycle services for the European market. Our offices are located in Belgium, Spain, Georgia and Belarus. Currently, we are looking for a Senior/Middle IT Recruiter to aid in the company’s continued growth. We aim to grow our Georgian office to 20-30 team members during this year.

In this role, you will be tasked with full-cycle recruiting to achieve the goal of scaling our team with a diverse mix of top-tier talent. You will also collaborate closely with the management team to improve the company’s internal processes and enhance recruitment capacity.

What you will do

  • Ensure a clear and simple sourcing, recruitment and onboarding process. Partner with the global sales team and recruiters to understand the vacancy requirements and gather all necessary information for effective recruiting.
  • Collaborate on defining the EEU sourcing, recruiting and onboarding strategy:  action plan, KPIs, strategic collaborations with agencies. Add local market recruiting expertise to the team.
  • Steer the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition techniques, processes and channels in collaboration with all local and global management and recruiters.
  • Collaborate on building a strong pipeline of applicants through effective employer branding initiatives, ambassador networks and applicable sourcing channels, including schools, universities and other local sources.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery and tracking of the talent acquisition KPIs within the region, and for the accurate record keeping of all applicant and interview data in the ATS (Peopleforce ‘Recruitment’)
  • Add an inspiring and engaging mentality to the East European recruiting team and report to the East European Hub Manager.
  • Be one of the key users and admin of the Recruitment & onboarding module in the company’s ATS (Peopleforce). Promote and optimize the use of the internal ATS.
  • Are personally involved in the recruiting and selection process – directly scouting and sourcing candidates. (sourcing, interviewing, job offers, onboarding).

You are a good fit if you have

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT companies.
  • Experience with different sourcing channels.
  • A strong track record of closing Middle, Senior, Lead level positions.
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, focus on delivering business results.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.


Flexible working hours (you can start your day any time from 9 till 11 am).
