Currently, we are looking for a Group Manager In this role you will be working as a part of a scrum team on the development of apps in such domains as Education, HR, Healthcare, Fintech, Fleet Management, Digital Transformation, etc.


  • A person which encompasses technical skills alongside business and customer understanding, an open mind and creativity alongside the ability to conduct research and development as well as lead with others architectural design efforts.
  • A minimum of 8 years as an engineering manager.
  • A minimum of 6 years of full stack software development experience, with a background in C#/Node.js and Angular 2+.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience with large scale and high-performance distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience at least 2 years back and continuous involvement in architecture and design since. Ability to dive into the code to assist the teams if needed.
  • Indirectly managed at least 2 engineering teams (managed team managers) with a minimum of 10 group members for a minimal overall period of 3 years.
  • Substantial experience and ability for prioritizing, planning, driving and managing execution plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A natural desire and passion for caring for others and helping team members achieve their goals.
  • Proactive, independent, self-driven and works well with minimal supervision as part of a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
  • Experience collaborating with international managers and colleagues.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a group manager for 2-4 teams addressing their personal and professional needs as well as participate and lead architecture and design efforts related to the solution.
  • Recruit and build self-organizing agile teams as well as always implement career development and personal growth plans and enhance the team members’ technical proficiency level.
  • Manage and drive execution as well as manage the day-to-day activities of the group. Assume full ownership over the group’s production environment and operational requirements.
  • Drive improvements to the group’s development methodologies, tools and processes.
